I've been developing and refining a range of distinctively flavored breads for the past year, motivated by my passion for innovation and my thorough analysis of consumer trends. And the outcome? Pesto Bread, Marinara Bread, Truffle Bread, and Buffalo Bread are all flavourful takes on classics. Furthermore, this is only the start! My life has always revolved around food. The spice of freshly prepared food filled our home while my Italian grandparents maintained a restaurant in Oakland, California.
We didn't always have much when I was growing up, but it only inspired me to be more inventive in the kitchen. I discovered how to create something unique by experimenting with flavors and ingredients, making the most of what we had.
